Do You Include Pricing In the Package?


We do not include pricing on our packing slips for orders placed on paperandwit.com. Our packing slips may include pricing for orders placed on other marketplaces. We’d be happy to leave the packing slip out of your package in those cases, just let us know! 

Can my Order be Rushed?

We're currently unable to rush orders beyond the processing time listed on the product page.

When Will my Order Ship?

Please see the item description to check the processing time for your item. To track the status of your order please use our order tracker.

What if There's a Mistake on my Order?

If the mistake is due to an error made by Paper & Wit, we will reprint your order and get a replacement shipped out within 1 business day.

If the mistake is due to an error made by the customer, Paper & Wit is not responsible for the cost of reprinting/reshipping your items and a new order will have to be placed.

Do You Accept Returns, Exchanges or Cancellations?

All sales are final and we are not able to accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. If you have any concerns about your order please contact us.

Does You Offer Wholesale?

Yes! Please browse our wholesale catalogs on either Tundra, Faire or Handshake.

My Package Hasn't Arrived Yet

Please check your tracking information to see the status of your package within the USPS system. If your package is taking longer than expected to arrive, please call your local USPS office for more information (and be sure to have your tracking number handy!)

If an incorrect address was entered on your order, we will reship the package once it is returned-to-sender. A reshipping fee of $5 will apply before your item is reshipped. 

What is your Average Response Time?

We try to get back to all messages within 1 business day, however during times of higher volume it can take us up to 2 business days to get back to you.

 

Help, I Made a Mistake on my Order!

If we haven't begun working on your order yet, we can oftentimes make the changes before it has gone to print! Please contact us ASAP and let us know the order number as well as what you'd like to change about your order. If your order has already been printed it would unfortunately be too late to make any updates.

 

Can I Combine Coupons?

Only one offer can be used per order. Sales and coupons cannot be stacked or combined. Discount codes can only be used once per customer.
